A Few Things Couples Often Ask
-Does Kristen also DJ?
Kristen focuses on live music, so for live + DJ combo packages, he’s usually paired with one of our professional wedding DJs — all experienced live mixers — who take over and keep the dancefloor pumping for the rest of the night.
-Can Kristen learn my special song?
Yes, in many cases. Kristen is happy to learn one new song for a key moment (such as your aisle song or first dance), provided there’s plenty of notice. We’ll always check with him first to make sure he can do the song justice and has time to rehearse it properly before confirming.
-Do we choose every song?
You can be as involved as you like. We’ll ask for song selections for key moments (like your ceremony and first dance), and from there, you’re welcome to trust Kristen to take care of the rest. Or if you’d like more input, you can share your music tastes to help guide Kristen’s choices for live music sets.
For MP3s and DJ music, you can leave it entirely up to the professionals, give a few suggestions, or create your own playlists — whatever feels right for you.
